NOMOS Archaeology of the humanized space and its transfer to education and heritage management
Researcher in charge: María Ruiz del Árbol Moro
The activity of the Research Group is articulated on three thematic axes. First, the study of the exploitation of saline resources in Antiquity, and the role of these to understand the transformations of ancient societies. Second, the research on the role of landscapes as durable resources, their potential if integrated into territorial planning policies and the realization of proposals for their valuation and exploitation as cultural heritage. Finally, the research on the potential of archeology, and landscape archeology and cultural heritage in particular, and its use as a wide-ranging educational resource to awaken a scientific awareness in early years education.
